From the Managing Directors Desk
"We traditionally focused on Livelihoods. With our additional focus on healthcare in the form of our Lives program, we aim to make an even deeper difference to the communities we serve. We actively encourage and support the participation of our employees through a variety of community engagement programs."
Message from CSR Head
"This year’s Annual Report theme, “Enrich, Empower, Sustain,” encapsulates our integrated strategy by highlighting our commitment to enhancing the quality of life (Enrich), enabling individuals to achieve economic independence (Empower), and ensuring long-term community well-being and environmental stewardship (Sustain)."
The Livelihood Program makes structured efforts in agriculture and allied activities, including skill development, community collectives and natural resource management, to foster the holistic and
sustainable development of marginalized communities over time.
This program offers a robust
pathway out of poverty, empowering the underprivileged to attain healthier and more productive
lives.
In 2023-24, various livelihoods initiatives impacted over 195,804
families.
The Lives program also known as Desh Bandhu Jan Aarogya Sewa is strategically tackling the growing challenges of NCDs by focusing on improving screening, treatment, awareness, and comprehensive management of specific conditions.
These conditions include cardiovascular diseases (CVD), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and diabetes in Maharashtra and Rajasthan.
In 2023-24, the Lives program screened over 26,789 patients.
